Return & Exchange Policy
I want you and your furry friend to be delighted with your purchase from Dog Collars with Bling. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I offer a straightforward exchange policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Items that are custom made or purchased off the rack are ALL exchangeable! No worries. Unfortunately I can't except returns on custom orders, I'm happy to do an exchange.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once I receive the returned items, I will process your exchange promptly. For any questions or assistance regarding exchanges, our dedicated team (me) is just a message away. Your satisfaction is my priority!
